Journey to Ireland! From the 9th of May to 16th of May 2025 the sixth classes 6A and 6B went on a trip to Ireland. We were accompanied by Prof. Dowdall and Prof. Saje. Together we went on a lot of trips, like the Cliff Walk in Howth, where we all had the pleasant opportunity to see the beautiful sea and enjoyed a marvolous view. Another exciting trip was the visit to Malahide Castle.
In this historic building we learned a lot about the castle and the events of the region. In a treasure hunt we had the opportunity to get a closer look at certain details. The highlight, however, were the three trips to the capital of Ireland. In Dublin , apart of the sightseeing, we got some freetime to explore the city. One of the important sights was the historical post office, where the rebellion against the British occupation started. We all had a wonderful time with our friends and our host families, who granted us shelter for the week. We thank our coordinators Barbara Dowdall and Alexandra Saje, who took the trouble and stress to organise all of our trips!
